Summer Mosaic is a private beta for a small group of families. Here’s what it keeps about you, and why. Updated October 2026.
What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in and send sign-in emails.
- Your children’s nicknames, birth dates, and colors. Birth dates work out ages for camps. We never ask for full names, schools, or medical details.
- Your summer plans: camps, vacations, and other weeks you add.
- Feedback you send, with your browser and device type, to help fix problems.
Who can see it
Only you. Every family’s data is locked to that family in the database itself, not just hidden in the app. Children’s birth dates are never shared with anyone. We don’t sell data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking tools. The only cookie keeps you signed in.
Services we use
- Supabase stores the data and handles sign-in.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Resend sends sign-in emails.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Your family → Delete your account. That removes your account, your children’s details, and every plan right away. Copies may remain in backups for up to 7 days. Feedback you sent is kept, without your name or email attached.
